Polypropylene Interlocking Tiles
Polypropylene interlocking tiles are our flooring solution that offers higher affordability, easy installation, and speed. The modular components are movable and can be relocated to any other space. They can be installed on any rigid or flat surface and are available in multiple colors. It is the preferred choice for various sports and has obtained FIBA, ITF, and AVC certifications.
The PP interlocking tiles are made of high-quality PP (polypropylene) material and are extremely easy to install due to the unique locking connection, which allows for easy disassembly. The tiles can lock tightly enough to form a sturdy surface. Installation is convenient and does not require adhesive.
PP interlocking flooring can be used as surfaces for basketball courts, tennis courts, gymnasiums, handball courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts, roller skating rinks, children’s playgrounds, and other sports venues.

Installation
First, install the single-person floor, then install the surrounding edges and corners. The single-person floor is connected through dowel holes, and a rubber hammer should be used to ensure good connection between different single-person floors.
How Is Our Polypropylene Floor Tiles Produce?
Guardwe Polypropylene Floor Tiles starts as plastic resin, this resin mixed with colorant and other additives, is the result of many years of research and development to ensure optimal performance, the proprietary blend is then fed into our state- of -the -art molding machines where the liquefied resin is forced into a cavity, curved and removed. Once complete, the tiles is shuttled from the machine to it’s first quality control check- where technicians inspect for flatness, colors consistency, and other attributes. From here the polypropylene floor tiles is put into inventory to satisfy future orders.
We Can Offer Lines-Making Before Delivery
When a new court is designed and entered into the system, our assembly team get a detailed drawing for the court, showing all tiles , game line options, and any custom logos, Game line are painted by our in-house artists
When the final quality checking is compete, your court is dis-assembly into 4×4 sheets, and given a number that aligns with the number list on your assembly instructions. These instructions are safely packed with your entire court and shipped for easy assembly by you or your. Court dealers.

Do not wear spiked shoes or high heels to protect athletes.
Clear snow promptly after snowfall to extend the lifespan.
Clean the floor regularly to maintain its cleanliness.
Do not forcefully strike the floor with sharp, hard tools to protect the floor.
Do not pour corrosive liquids such as sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid on the floor to prevent corrosion.
